Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your learning. This policy explains when refunds are available for course purchases on RegenerateMSKClinic.

1. Cooling-off period

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially completed the course (for example, completing more than 25% of its lessons or downloading certificate materials).

2. How to request

Open a request from your support page or via the contact page, quoting your payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

3. Exclusions

• Courses substantially completed or whose certificate has been issued.
• Free enrolments and promotional or coupon-discounted purchases marked non-refundable.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

5. Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
