These Terms govern your use of the RegenerateMSKClinic education platform. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Instructor accounts require approval before publishing courses. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Courses & access

Courses are sold on a one-time payment basis and grant time-limited access for the period stated at purchase. Access is personal and non-transferable.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, record or redistribute course content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or video protection.
• Do not misuse the platform, other users' data, or the AI assistant.

4. Educational disclaimer

Content is for professional education only and does not constitute medical advice for individual patients. Clinicians remain responsible for their own practice and decisions.

5. Intellectual property

All course content and platform materials are owned by their respective rights holders. No licence is granted beyond personal use of purchased courses.

6. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Liability & changes

The platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
